1. Initial two-hour conference to:

   - Discuss objectives for agreement

 

2. Review of basic financial disclosure including:

   - Real property information

   - Bank accounts

   - Vehicle ownership

   - Basic superannuation statements

   - Share certificates

   - Standard loan documents

   - Credit card statements

   - Basic business documentation

 

Agreement Preparation

1. Preparation of draft financial agreement including:

   - Standard binding financial agreement clauses

   - Property settlement provisions

   - Basic maintenance provisions

   - Standard superannuation clauses

   - Severance clauses

   - Procedural provisions

   - Basic property schedules

 

2. One round of revisions which includes:

   - 14 days to submit ALL requested changes in writing

   - Implementation of changes within 7 business days

   - One complete review of amended agreement

   - Changes requested outside 14-day window constitute new round

 

Advice and Execution

1. One detailed advice meeting to:

   - Explain agreement terms

   - Review rights under Family Law Act

   - Explain advantages/disadvantages

   - Answer questions

   - Provide certificate of independent legal advice

   - Provide a letter of advice

 

2. One execution meeting to:

   - Witness signature

   - Complete execution

   - Provide copies

 

Post-Execution Services

1. Written confirmation of storage arrangements

1. Standard correspondence with other lawyer regarding:
