Our fixed fee service for preparation of a Section 90B Financial Agreement (Pre-nuptial Agreement) includes:

Initial Consultation and Planning
1. Initial conference with you to:
   - Take detailed instructions regarding your circumstances
   - Explain the nature and effect of financial agreements
   - Discuss your objectives for the agreement
   - Outline the process and requirements
   - Identify any potential complexities or risks

2. Review of your financial disclosure documentation including:
   - Real property information
   - Bank accounts and investments
   - Superannuation statements
   - Share certificates
   - Basic business documentation
   - Vehicle ownership details
   - Details of liabilities

Agreement Preparation
1. Preparation of draft financial agreement including:
   - Standard binding financial agreement clauses
   - Property settlement provisions
   - Maintenance provisions
   - Superannuation clauses
   - Standard severance clauses
   - Standard procedural clauses

2. One round of revisions to the draft agreement, which includes:
   - You have 14 days from receiving the first draft to submit ALL requested changes in writing
   - We will review and implement your requested changes within 7 business days
   - We will undertake one complete review of the agreement to ensure all changes are properly integrated
   - Changes requested outside the 14-day window will constitute a new round of revisions

Agreement Revision Process
1. First round of revisions (included in fixed fee):
   - Must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving first draft
   - All changes must be submitted together, not piecemeal
   - Includes our full review of the amended agreement

2. Additional rounds of revisions (charged at fixed fee per round):
   - Second round: $880 (2 hours of work including full review)
   - Third and subsequent rounds: $1,100

   - Changes requested after both parties have approved the agreement: $1,320
   - Each round includes our complete review of the agreement

Advice and Execution
1. One detailed advice meeting to:
   - Explain the terms of the agreement
   - Review your rights under the Family Law Act
   - Explain the advantages and disadvantages of entering the agreement
   - Answer your questions about the agreement
   - Provide the certificate of independent legal advice

   - Provide letter of advice

2. One execution meeting to:
   - Witness your signature on the agreement
   - Ensure proper execution of all documents
   - Provide you with a copy of the executed agreement

​

Post-Execution Services

1. Written confirmation of execution and storage arrangements

​

Additional Support
1. Routine correspondence with your partner's lawyer regarding:
   - Exchange of financial disclosure
   - Discussion of standard terms
   - Arrangement of execution

2. Regular email and telephone contact regarding the progress of your matter

Excluded Services
The following services are not included in our fixed fee and will incur additional charges if required:
- Valuation of assets
- Complex business structure review - $880
- Trust deed review - $880
- Additional conferences or advice sessions - $440 per hour
- Extensive negotiations with your partner's lawyer - $440 per hour
- Complex or unusual clauses - $440 per clause
- International asset provisions
- Complicated business succession provisions - $1,320
- Additional party meetings - $440 per hour

- SMSF provisions - $1,100
- Advice regarding child support or parenting arrangements - 4440 per hour
- Extensive customisation of agreement terms - $440 per hour
- Piecemeal changes submitted outside the revision round structure - $440 per hour
